Sarah is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. We found our house unexpectedly on a Saturday morning. By Sunday afternoon, we were approved for a mortgage, with a plan in place to prep and sell our (then) current home. Before our home was listed, we had multiple off market offers, all above list price.
